The shoulder pads are a bit huge, but overall this is a really beautifully simplistic costume. I really like it.
I really enjoy it. It's more conservative than some other costumes Storm has had (which make kinda sorta sense in context, but a bit too fanservice-y for my taste) but it also still feels like a natural progression of Storm's character. And while I admit the black and yellow variant harkens back more to her roots, I've always had a fondness for the white version seen here.
In general, probably my favorite of the Lee X-men designs. It's one of the cleanest, and while the shoulderpads are a bit much, overall I think it's fine.
I mean, as far as superhero costumes go, Storm's has never been all that interesting. So in that respect I could have given it a meh, but I'm feeling generous. Why? Because, for a Storm costume, I think a clean white design works quite well.
Strong dislike from me.
I've never liked this outfit, and it's probably largely responsible for my disinterest of Storm in general. It's too white, not a fan of the shoulder pads, or the puffy arms. Easily my least favourite of the 90s X-Men outfits.
Actually I probably could have given it a hate.
