WHERE CAN I FIND SOME ORIGINAL MESH FROM THE GAME?
I was looking for Liberty Lad because I wanted to use his keyframe now that I learned how to use the SPECIAL POWER TUMBLE.
In the main game folder look for art.ff it's actually a zip file, so you could open it with a program like 7zip and just extract the characters you want.
If you plan on using Liberty Lad's tumble for other characters, maybe you could also get it from different keyframe sets, too. For example Star Spangled Kid by Renegade (on alexff) has the same tumble, i think.
AND REMEMBER: BACK UP THE ART FILE BEFORE UNZIPPING IT.
I'm sure you know this, it's what I tell my daughter is a peace of mind statement. My peace of mind.
Actually, I did this years ago and put all the meshes in a folder off the regular Custom Characters directory. That way I can access them whenever I want, but thy don't show up in the list. I do have a bunch of variants (with effects or FX or lacking loincloths or heels or such) in the main folder. Probably wastes a lot of diskspace.
