i reskinned it and am wondering if its ok to make it available to public.......
i looked a t the list of permissions and didnt see his name on it so thought id double check.

Sorry couldnt figure out how to take a screenshot......
Im open for any tips or advice for skinning,its been quite while and some of the colors i didnt want but couldnt figure out how to stop some getting colored.

If this isnt the right place kindly remember ive not been here for over a decade...even if im allowed to make this available the only thing i can figure out to do is email it to people who would want it.
before anyone says anything, what do you mean by "reskinned it"? also, tommyboy has been gone a long time and hasn't been able to give his permission or not,. in cases like this, I think the general rule is "no".
Got work so this might be a little choppy:
-there should be a button on your keyboar called "prt sc" or print screen. hit that button while looking at your skin, switch to an image program (paint will work, but I'm assuming you have something else if you're skinning) and paste it. That's how you screenshot.
-Whether or not you can release it is dependant on whether the skin is what we consider to be a kittbash. I made a fairly comprehensive guide to it that's stickied up near the top of this board. That having been said, I'm positive tommyboy wouldn't have a problem with it, so if you want to try and contact him to get his name added to the list, that's fine.
