Not "quivering" as in shuddering.  More like STEPHEN AMELL (Oliver Queen from "Arrow") is playing Casey Jones (http://www.comicvine.com/articles/photo-of-stephen-amell-as-casey-jones-released/1100-152159/) in Bay's next Ninja Turtle movie!

Like Bay or not, I like Stephen Amell and I think that he could make for a good Casey Jones :P
