So I checked out the Tutorial here: http://freedomreborn.net/archive/index.php?topic=40940.msg571668#msg571668

I think that this is for FF1, and I would like to create a Map for FFvt3R. In all honesty, I know nothing about Maps, I've never even installed one, but I am interested in learning something new, and since I've never experimented with Maps before, I thought that I would at least try.

So to get started, is there anything I specifically need to know? Is the above Tutorial I linked to going to work for me?

Any advice our current Map Makers could provide would be fantastic. Thank you.

That tutorial (by Joemama) will still work and it's a great tut...Good luck and happy mapping, Cyber. You can count on me to try and answer any questions you may have too, just PM me and I'll get back to you as soon as I'm able.

Very much appreciated Dana. This will probably be a VERY long term project though, with me doing very little at a time. I just got the Syllabus for my Class for this Quarter, and it does not look pleasant. :doh:

Ja, I've been using that same toot for FFVTTR here. Very good one that especially for just getting the framework down.
