He's in the files section in the "Costume Cut-Ups" department. Look for Deadpool_Muscular_Tutu. It's for FFv3R, but the skin can go on the same mesh for FF1.
Also, I forgot the readme file. I'll post it next time I'm online, but with assorted doctor's appointments, I don't know when that will be. I'm sure everyone knows that I didn't do Deadpool Muscular Updated, and, as I said, Sick Alice did the tutu for me. I used a base by Strangefate.
