What do you think of Bart Allen's Kid Flash design(s)?

Later on Bart got a second simplified version of his costume. I'll lump them together for this poll. Feel free to explain which version you perfer.
I'll be skipping Bart's time as Flash since his costume was the same as Wally's.
4. While not quite perfect, there are aspects of both costumes that I do really like. But overall, it does work for me.
Much better than Wally's suit. Gave it a 4.
Almost gave it a 5, except I don't like the wings on the boots in ver 1, and I prefer the lighter red than the darker in ver 2. Still, really like this one.
5: I gave it top marks for potential rather than for either one of those images, per se. The streamlined version of this costume is a great, iconic counter-balance to Flash's, and it really works.
4: Strong classic-esque costume. I think Bart's logo is much nicer than Wally's. I like the 2nd version better, the stuff on the boots just looks silly.
5. One of my favorites from DC.
