It's named as Rogue Brotherhood. There's also a Rogue Revolution costume that I don't recall seeing very frequently.

Laughing Paradox also has the 3rd and 4th costumes in a Two-in-One skope on Force of Paradox (link in my sig).

The one that I have is sort of like the Rogue on the furthest left, but not quite the same.
