There was pretty much no way I could look at the site today and not go make this. I started with Beyonder's horse and I heavily contorted and edited the original mesh to make a pony, then re-sized it. There are a few extras on this mesh, all of which are built so they can be extracted as .obj files and replaced with whatever tickles anyone's fancy using any 3d program and Nifskope. Just export the .obj, line up a new piece in a 3d program, import the new piece and done. This applies to everything except the pony (eyes, eyelashes, tail, hair, hat, horn and wings). Everything is also on alpha channels for easy skinning, he eyelashes are actually two cylinders that can have different lashes applied on the skin. It can be downloaded at the following link:

I released a couple of ponies back in my Christmas group - not sure what I rigged them to anymore but they came out pretty well, plus one on sam the eagle kfs for flying animations since it was one of the pegasus versions.

Hmmm... I've got a pink horse skin for my character's shape-shift attribute (and pink gorillas, and pink wolves, and pink Changeling stuff). I'll need to get this.
And my granddaughter loves Randomday's ponies.
I'll check out RD's when I get the chance. Sounds like fun. The pink was a nice break from the green of late I can say that much.
