Anyone know how to get CTool2 to run with a steam version of FFVTTR?

http://freedomreborn.net/forums/index.php?topic=51720 -the downloads are down, but just use notepad to save the codes to a .reg file and then open it. The FF_Vista works for Windows Vista and 7 (possibly Windows 8, haven't tested it) and the FF_XP is for Windows XP.
