Title: Serpent Society request and Podmark's pixie question.
Post by: Jimaras8 on October 11, 2013, 05:49:42 PM
Think tha the title sums it up. Any location of Serpent Society meshes. As many as you know, the better  :D.

Round two, i have gotten my hands on Podmark's pixie skope and when i uploaded u.s.agent's pixie hero file that is based on Podamrk's skope i noticed that the hero file indicated some animations that the skpe lacks in-game. For example usagent has given her a flying smack power based on flying melee i suppose but in-game pixie has only three melee animations and four ranged if i recall. Is something wrong with the hero file?

Check Tommyboy's page for a lot of Serpent Society,
Also, I believe Laughing Paradox has done most of the crew here: http://forceofparadox.yolasite.com/marvel2.php#serpent

Thx dm. By the way what happened to your cyclops profile image. Seeing him in the thsi containment device after all he has done in AvX i flet something like poetic justice.

i dunno,  there was some issue with my hosting site.
Also.... Cyclops was right,  he shouldn't have been in jail... it was all Cap and Tony's fault that AVX happened.   *pout*

heheheh

Jimaras8, which Pixie did you download? The new one on HeroForce is a brand new skope by Windblown and USAgent's hero file wouldn't be designed for it.

The one he used would likely be this one: https://sites.google.com/site/podmark1/index22
If not then he was using some keyframes I'm not aware of.

Podmark. The one in your site. I guess is the latest one. I will try the prevous mesh as i guess usagent used that in his hero file. It's just that the name in both meshes is pixie_skope and i thought it was the same. Anyway i always wanted to ask you why your meshes have 2-3 animations in general? Isn't that a little confining and don't take any offence, i love your skopes  :D
Oh, and pod you don't have to call me Jimaras8  :D. You can use jim, it's my real name after all!

With alex's hero file editor, it is easy to change the mesh and/or skin that a hero file points to.

Available here: http://www.alexff.com/goodies.php (http://www.alexff.com/goodies.php)

(Although you may be wanting to keep the hero file original, and that's cool too.)

Good question, with two answers!
One: When I make my own skopes I'm not really good at keyframe editing so usually you only get the animations that my base mesh had. Sometimes that's not much.
Two: In the case of Pixie and a lot of my recent mutant skopes those were made by Windblown. Now Windblown's gotten awesome at keyframe editing, but Pixie was one his first skopes and I think the base mesh was one that had limited keys and might be difficult to add to.
