Well,
Podmark has a Prodigy here (http://heroforce.freedomforceforever.com/podmark.html), but he's not in the same Prodigy that you are looking for (it's David Alleyene; not Richard Gilmore).
Johnny Patches released a Prodigy skope on Champions, but since the site went down and since I don't have it myself, I'm afraid that I have no idea if it's the Prodigy that you are looking for.
I have a disk that has a bunch of stuff from the Champions site on it, barring any problems, I'll check to see if I have that one too.
JP's skope is for Prodigy from the Spidey comic, i think he also had a Ricochet skope as well
