does anyone know if there is something like this out there, i've seen a few meshes with this style but its all one piece and i need the hair separate

Tell me a mesh you know that has that kind of hair and I can separate it out and make it a skope piece

i can't currently check, but isn't tommyboy's comedian mesh similar to that?
