I believe both skopes are by Blkcasanova (the read me mentions his name) and there is a skope on a vx mesh located inside the initial mesh folder. The cool thing about that one is that there are FX for the belt rockets when he flies and hovers. He doesn't have the visor/sunglasses as shown in your pic, but the skope on the vx mesh has those parts. If you're familiar with Nifskope at all, you can just unhide either the sunglasses or visor. Those pieces are already skinned. The wristbands are red also, but other than that, it's the costume you're looking for. The first skope is on Ren's Superman/Capt Marvel/Black Adam model and the vx skope is on the vx_muscular. Both have awesome skins by C6.
