Welcome to the community LizardWizard, when making requests, it is highly recommended that you provide pictures or links to pictures of characters that you are requesting. Case in point, I have no clue who Waluigi is, so I can't help with this request.

Ok, I actually love Waluigi as a character (I drove my parents nuts one year trying to find black overalls so I could dress as him for halloween) so I must admit that I'm a bit disgusted with Cyber right now, but... as far as I'm aware, we don't have decent versions Mario, Luigi, Wario, Princess Peach, or Bowser yet. AA made some awesome ones for preview (at least of Mario, I forget if he did anyone else) but I don't think they were released and, even had they been released, they were more alternate universe versions of the characters rather than actual depictions from the games.
I love Waluigi, but without a Wario to hang out with he's just kinda standing there.
