What, in your opinion, are the best (or most broken) heroes in both FF?

I think Supercollider is broken here. I mean, frell. He might not be mobile, but boy he can oneshot anything. He can even twoshot Timemister (under certain condition).
Minuteman might hit hard, but this guy hits as hard as Minuteman with his steroids up, and is tougher.

I think Skyking might be the best. Throw a decrease and make him Sonic Boom to a point. He will move superslow and create explosions every second.
Also Quetz. Heal+Heal+Heal+Heroic Revival+Heal+Heal+Sacrifice. Combine with Law/Order equals one imortal order that, when transformed into Law, can heal both back to full health.
