You may want to check some of your links, they don't seem to work for me.
Also, from what I am seeing from the working links, some of your requests would require new meshes, and we currently have a lack of active meshers.

You think like Payback and Hawks Shadow would require new meshes? Those two especially seem like they wouldn't be too bad. Or Hitman Punisher
Wow, I actually don't recognize a lot of those guys. Hmm, I'm afraid I don't know about most of them, but it seems like maybe Violator has been made by someone.
Some of my want are fairly obscure, but that's about all I have left on the list of "characters I want but aren't made yet"

They know. I answered the requests for Violator, Death's Head II and Dark Angel mostly via PM's and CB got the Hitman Punisher one out of the way.

Payback was done as well, but since it looks like you're going farther back into the request threads, you'll probably have noticed that there are quite a few posts with the exact same list floating around.
