In the Marvel Legacy Universe, street gangs no longer brand themselves by colors. They now base their appearances on various Super Villains of the past. One of the most ruthless of the gangs is the Cult of the Reaper. Violent and cruel, they have no quelms against killing their competition.

Ohh, very nice!  It's like the Jokers gang from Batman Beyond.  Great skin and concept!

I forgot about them, I was thinking about the Punishers from the Guardians of the Galaxy comic from way back when.
