Title: Viewing Skins in Nifskope
Post by: UnkoMan on May 12, 2012, 04:02:53 AM
Hey, so... I've always wondered, can you actually view a skin when you are using nifskope? I thought there was a way, but I've never known it. I always have to sort of guess where these only white parts are ending up.

It'd be a lot more practical if I could see what I was doing. Heck, then I wouldn't have to keep opening charactertool as well, to check out what the skin looked like.

Yes there is, go to: Render > Settings... and hit the Add Folder button and select the folder to the skin you want to view. That should do it. If not, a pro will chime in and share their phenomenal nifskope knowledge.

Ah, that was it. I knew there was a way to do it. Worked like a charm, thank you.
