Can I buy these with prepaid cards? How much cash will get me about 2000 cryptic points?

I don't know if you can buy them with prepaid cards...but 2000 Cryptic points is around 25$.

My guess is that sooner or later Perfect World's Xen currency will be convertable to Cryptic Points and then there will be a card option.

Cryptic's card system was sub-based and I don't think it really caught on.
