Well there is a very much similar robin and a nicely done kid flash done by Afghan Ant available at http://heroforce.freedomforceforever.com/afghanant.html (http://heroforce.freedomforceforever.com/afghanant.html) in the dc section and pretty much many characters like Superboy ,Miss Martian, Aqualad and some other characters which will pretty much fulfill your needs related to the Young Justice .
For Red Arrow,murs has done a good skin which uses the vxmale_archer mesh.Red arrow is available http://groups.yahoo.com/group/murskins/files/ (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/murskins/files/).

I'm tryin to recreate the first 5 episodes and its just really botherin me that i got tim and bart as placeholders

Nothing that I can think of comes close to the YJ design, but Tommyboy does have one on his site.
