Hello....
I have :ffvstr: the downloadable Gog.com version (which is probably the first mistake haha as often downloadable versions of games are different from their CD counterparts) and installed VPMAX as per the readme, exactly. replaced the existing dat files with the modded ones. put the lang and sound folders in the data folder. But no additional voices appear in the character editor. any ideas folks?
