and done. took me ten minutes, and i think it's pretty cool. not gonna give a spoiler pic on this one. if you down load it, use ctool to close up on the face, and rotate it around a bit to see what i did.
i put in a generic base skin for effect. needs a new skin.
i think the effect can be skoped onto any mesh, with a little work. even the wolf!
i know what my next project is! any guesses?

also, i fixed the smurf darkness, look for smurf.ace at the same site.

So I'm gonna take a guess how ya did it.
It's basically two half spheres... or one split into two.
The "lens" has no texture but an alpha level set with a color material to give it a lens effect.
The other sphere has it's normals flipped and is UV mapped to the eye of the basic texture, but slightly enlarged to give it the enlarged look.

Regardless how ya did it, its a cool effect.
Check out daglobs recent "eternity" skin for a similar effect.

if you rotate left and right, it looks like the eyes are following you.

i had to google that, goggle.
i do need help with it, or if someone could tell me how, using nifskope. the only thing missing, i need a refl and glow on the front lens, to make it perfect. the lenses (spelling?) as are can be imported onto other glasses, i think the shape might fit.
