Title: Maschinenmensch
Post by: bearded on August 19, 2011, 10:49:15 PM
this seems like the sort of thing daglob might have done, and i missed it. otherwise, i'd love to have a skin of this. does it need a new mesh, or is there one that would work with it?

I want to say I've seen it somewhere, but would have no idea where to even begin guessing at where

I've done a skin, but Robomaria/Helbot there is beyond my scoping abilities.

That, Daglob, is a truly beautiful skin.

I never released it because she just needed a dedicated mesh. Also, if ever a character desereved bump-mapping, this is one. She has all these curves and plates and indentations. The headpiece goes partway down her back and over her arms like a cybernetic nun's habit, she's got straps between her hips and her thighs, lightbulbs on her legs, and really goofy platform shoes. She's an art deco masterpiece.

The actress had such limited movelment in the movie, I would love to see a mesh that allowed her to move like a human being.

And, wouldn't she be Machinemadchen?
