Thanks for the tip on finding that folder.  I use Vista and I think some of my file directories work differently than on earlier OS.  I actually have to copy this link and paste it into the Windows Explore URL bar in order to access it.  I went ahead and saved it into a shortcut for future reference.

So if you're using Windows 7, for instance, do you need to create this folder hierarchy or does Windows 7 look elsewhere? I installed FFV3R on my new Windows 7 notebook & can't plug in the hero files anywhere that Windows 7 can see them. EZHero also doesn't work! Aaaarrrrggghhh!

Solved the EZHero issues, thankfully, by running in what ended up being XP SP2 compatibility mode.

I have windows 7 and it took some digging to find it but the path looks like this. local disk c:\ users\ [my username]\ appdata\local\irrational games\freedom force vs the third reich\custom\heroes.

If that doesn't help, just try doing a windows search of your hard drive for "heroes" and see where it is.

Blast it...sorry, man. I should have realized that my shiny new copy of Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit would have files & folders still hidden! Thank you for your guidance, sire.
