Title: Freedom Force X v.3.3.1.0 some ATTRIBUTES not working

on my FFVT3R some of the ATTRIBUTES i have with Freedom Force X v.3.3.1.0 do not work, for example the magnetic powers i put to my Magneto, they dont work, he does not nothing the attribute claims to do, why is this? some others are like too, some work some don't.

   Be sure to run the FFX Control Center after creating a hero. It "brands" the character to be recognized by FFX and enables the added attributes. You don't have to do anything special, just open the program, make sure the Data Folder is pointing to 'ffx3', and you will see a "Scanning .hero files" message in the bottom box. Your hero files will be branded and that's it.
