The Peerless Planner, a very obscure character. I only know one appearance of this character in Tales of Suspense 77, but it is possible that I am mistaken. His happy minions accompany him (at least in the comic they appeared very smiling). As is obvious the skins are not mine.They are of Courtnall6 and AtomicRobot

Finally Enel, known in my country as Dios Eneru, a villain of One Piece. I love the look of this character.
