Title: Grayskull: The Masters of the Universe
Post by: Shogunn2517 on January 22, 2011, 12:42:30 AM
I know this is over two years old, but did anyone ever read the script to "Grayskull: The Masters of the Universe", the adaptation of He-Man?

The Script Review (http://www.latinoreview.com/news/grayskull-masters-of-the-universe-script-review-4765) was released by Latino Review, but I believe due to the Writer's Strike, the project was shelved.  Well, I finally had a chance to actually read the script myself today.  Though I thought it had a bit too much sci-fi and a little light on the fantasy balance, I actually thought it was an awesome read.  The imagery was vivid and imaginative.  It actually had me cheering and beeming smiles while I'm reading it.  It definitely leaves room for expansion to other movies and medium and literally a entire new universe to fill like a Middle-Earth or Pandora.

Has anyone else read the script?  Not the review, but the script itself?

No clue, but if you have an interest in movies that never made it to the screen I suggest the new episode of Hollywood Saloon.
