I'm trying to create Poundcakes, and seem to be stuck in a mental lapse when it comes to starting her up.

I could use a suggestion for her shoulder-piece and the spikes. Maybe even an idea on what mesh matches up with that body type.

Tommy has a bird beak that makes an excellent spike; I've used it as such as well as Human Procupine quills. It just needs to be resized a bit. The collar kinda looks like the one for Anaconda, maybe (also in Tommy's TV Female mesh).
I think I'd start with the female_muscular_bald mesh, but I'd tweak the handle node to make the mesh deeper and wider.

I was considering either female_muscular or the she-hulk mesh by Ink as a base.. I may have to look into adjusting the nodes to work on it.
Build-wise, I would offer up the fb_amazon_muscular_tall or fb_muscular_hair_dz. Unfortunately, the head and hair are a separate mesh attached to body for the amazon and the hair is part of the mesh for the DZ mesh. So, I guess this was little help. :unsure:
