Has anyone ever done this character? I've seen Hawkwoman, GL, Superman, Batman, J'onn, and Wonder Woman, but not this Flash.
Because in the Justice Lords episode from Justice League series there is no Flash.
The Justice League became the Justice Lords after the Flash's death, deciding they needed to assume the control even killing their enemies.
In the end of second season appeared a Justice Lord's Flash version, a robot created by Brainiac with Professor Zoom costume. So you just need a Professor Zoom skin :thumbup:
Mattel released a good figure in 2006. I'd be happy to try it.

This may be close to what you want.
It may be the C6 skin already mentioned, but I seem to remember a Justice Lords Flash showing up in one of Prem's mods. There was a great fight against several Justice Lords type redesigns.
