Hi everybody, I wasn't sure where to post this though. I'm writing a comic book, I have over 132 characters in mind but I need someone to help me produce presentable quality images as I have disgraphia which makes it impossible for me to draw it myself. I can't pay anybody yet but I can put your name out there and throw you some green if I ever make it big. Let me know if you are interested.
My story is of the super hero genre. It takes place in a fictional Madison, WI. It has recurring themes of politics, spirituality, drugs(psychadelic and/or otherwise), tolerance,mythology, transcendence, awesome fight scenes, technology, and sexuality.

DiscoKing, don't be surprised if you don't get many takers. What you're asking is a huge and daunting undertaking, especially with 132 characters to deal with, and with little to no monetary compensation.
Even so, I wish you luck on your project.
I'm no expert but I think there are sites where you can shop your script around and see if any artists are interested, so long as they are compensated (if you are at some point) and you are liberal about letting them use pages as portfolio pieces. Ugh... no clue on what is a good site for this, since I've never tried, I have comissioned art in the past for projects I worked on but that is kind of different.
I'm a writer myself and have a comic book project that has been on the back burner for awhile now - so I understand where you are coming from. Finding an artist who meets the style you picture in your head and willing to work for just credit IF you break through has been next to impossible and I have been bringing my comic script/bible around to local and large conventions since 2002. I've gotten lots of advice over the years including just breaking a few issues down (or just comic pages as you picture them to be) into a screenplay like format and then storyboarding them with just basic artwork to show off what you have in mind. You would be surprised how much easier it is to express to an artist what you are going for visually then handing them a thick notebook full of text and doodles for them to scan over in a few minutes time (which I'm sure 132 characters and story ideas probably have filled up a few notebooks by now).

Well I'm not asking anyone person to draw all 132 characters, lol thats ridiculous. I take it one step at a time, one character at a time.
I have a story, I am not quite in the script phase yet, I'm still outlining alot of things. I have an artist doing the actual comic book pages, and I ahve other artists working on this said project, I've had lots of luck on craigslist, I'm just utilizing all my resources. So if anyone is interested let me know, no one is going to be assigned 132 characters lol... thats nuts
I would assign a character to one artist at a time. have a plethora of different styles.
This venture is aimed at people with free time like myself.

I agree with you completely, the only trouble is finding someone to do the artwork
