Looks like a great cross-promotion idea to me since Marvel is doing the comic adaptation of both the 1st and 2nd movies of the franchise.. plus the artwork looks awesome to me.

Ok...

.... Ghost Rider on a lightcycle is wicked cool.  Moon Knights just a hair behind in coolness.

As an aside, the Disney stores have the new Tron toys, not bad stuff.   The video faces on the larger figures are a lil' cheesy however.

skin it, or it didn't happen.
no, but seriously, how cool would skins based on those be? and i could take the matrix mod and replace neo with spiderman? (not for release, of course!)

Spider-Man looks pretty cool...the designs get repetitive very quickly after that.

I liked Spider-Man, Spider-Woman, Captain America, and Iron Man, myself.  I don't think the others really translated all that well.

The GR and Moon Knight designs are too 'busy'.  A few less neon lines and they'd be great.  The flowing fabric sash doesn't work well with the rest of Ms. Marvel's design.  Thor, Quicksilver, and Wolverine are just boring, though I liked the 'lightclaws' concept.

Its a neat idea. IMO Spidey is the best of the bunch.

They are not as creative as the iron man, vampire, zombie or deadpool covers BUT every single one has gorgeus art. And yeah, Ghost Rider and Wolvie make good use of the theme while looking relaly cool.

Kind of interesting. Clearly totally pointless (rather like a sequel to Tron, 20 years after the fact). And some of them (Iron Man, Spider Man) are a much better fit with the Tron style than others (Captain America, Ghost Rider).

And there will totally be a Tron/MarvelU crossover some time in the future, if Tron:Legacy is successful.  So I wouldn't be surprised to see some of these again.  You -know- somebody over at Marvel is going to want to turn Wolvie loose with 'lightclaws'.
