Yes. It was part of AA's and Unko's Weird World project. Batboy should be under AA's originals at heroforce. Unko has his mentor (a little more like your first pic, but in a superhero suit) in his originals.
i do see batboy at heroforce, but i can't seem to find the mentor.
i wonder if weird world will ever get modded...
He is called Night Stalker.
And as far as I know, it hasn't.
