Or Male Shield Muscular... It's like Male Shield but beefier, of course.

Anyone know where it is?

There was once a great Kato skope for PV, but I don't have it anymore.  That could be it.

I believe I know the skin you're looking at DaGlob.   And I know the mesh.  I have no idea what its called or who made it (still working on that part) but I just sent it to you.   It takes male_basic compatible keyframes.  I prefer the martial art variants for Kato.
