May someone, please tell me where is the right place to paste boot cuffs, like Captain America's?

It worked great, thanks again.
I have more doubts, but I didn't want to create new topics and flood the forum, so I'll just update this one.
Where I should paste bracelets, like Wonder Woman's? And a belt buckle (I tried paste it in the belt, but the buckle didn't showed in CTool).

As for the belt buckle, I think it would work attaching it to the Pelvis. I think the general rule is to paste the parts on the bones that it will move with. I haven't tested this much but by looking at how other meshes have things attached it seems to be what works.
