Predators was great! I highly recommend going to see it! :thumbup: It really went back and got the feel of the first movie just right...almost to on point at times but easy to overlook because it really is a well told story. Not to heavy handed on the dialogue and also not quite as "Macho" and beefed out as Predator but it grabs you right from the beginning. And also as a bonus to seeing this movie..."The Machete" Trailer! Danny Trejo, Jessica Alba, Jeff Fahey, Michelle Rodriguez, Steven Seigal, Don Johnson, Robert Deniro and Lindsay Lohan as a gun totting nun! Cinematic gold! :thumbup:

All in all Predators was a worthy sequel to the original! A must see IMHO. ;)
Saw it today. Very good film. Music was dead on and most of the sequences were great. Topher was actually the star of the film.
Can't believe nobody else is talking about this.
I really want to see this, but we have literally NO extra money this summer. My movie list is getting depressingly long. :(
i got to see it. really liked it. had the feel of the original. only thing i didnt care for but isnt a biggie though is it pulled a jurassic park 3 on us.

in all the jurassic park movies the t-rex was the bad boy/main threat.its like they got bored with him so they introduce a bigger/badder threat.even has the t-rex fight and get beat by the new bad boy.not saying anything else...just go see the movie. dont want to give too much away.

the Predator redesign looks like crap compared to the Stan Winston original. What was the thought process there? "I know, let's mess with one of the greatest designs by an FX/Make-up legend!" Morons.

My thing that I thought weird was that they all had their hero moment. Except for Machette. I called the Yakuza thing right before he stopped to choose his place to die.
