(Hopefully this is the right forum...)
I'm trying to make a character who is normally an incredibly slow character, but who has the ability to charge at a hyperfast speed, although this ability is often uncontrollable. I tried the Speeding Bullet ability, but to no avail. It simply makes the character move at a normal/fast speed, not superfast. Is there something else I can try?
If you have FFX installed, the attribute called Speed Force sounds like what you're looking for.

You could also use Shapeshifter.. make your normal guy at regular speed and a version of him with super speed, with more choices on the things your character that do.
Well sir, when I was making hero files for the Buffy Gang, I gave them a simple Dash power called "Run Like Hell!". Their speed was only at about 4, but it worked well.
