Over at The Mighty Crusader's Network I've found representations of several other Copper Age skins:

Captain Valor
(Roy the Super Boy has been found)
Hangman (male basic cape lowcollar)
Lady Satan
Shield (Canada/Union Jack version)

I put a bunch of Copper Age's skins in a couple of Yahoo groups several years ago. The MLJ characters of his I had are in http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/Copper_Wire_2 . The other one, I believe is named http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/Copper_Wire .

A few of us have added to those skins over time. These aren't there.

I found my copy of Copper's Roy the Super Boy and added him at least. The others I don't have.
