This is probably a Blender or Scope job of some sort. What I would like is the Pulp Versatile that has jodhpurs with the pants altered so that the ankles look like Male Basic's. I don't know where the mesh is posted right now; I'm looking for my original copy (the Doc Brass mesh) and will be glad to send it to anyone who is game.
Sounds like what I built when I remade my Blackhawks before they were released on 1 April 2009. I rigged up some jodhpurs, and switched in the male_basic body.
