Is there a way I can level all my heroes after I finish the campaign? I hate it being able to level only 1/20...
Maybe I'm a little slow today, but I don't get the 1/20 reference. And, what's the advantage of leveling the heroes after finishing the campaign? You don't go back to the base after the campaign ends, so there's no way to spend the points...
If you mean that you want each recruited character to gain 600 XP, there is surely an easy way to do that via script from the console. Are you talking about FF or FFvT3R?

But, if you are running FFX 3 (or otherwise have datfiles installed), adding enough XP to each recruited character to level up is possible via script at the console (http://freedomreborn.net/forums/index.php?topic=49868.msg680027#msg680027). The following code, entered one line at a time, should do the trick.

Yeah, but what good is maxing them out after the campaign? You can't play with those leveled characters again once the campaign is over, not even in the RR.
BTW, if by max you mean increasing the character's abilities until their powers are at the highest possible level, it is worth noting that the game isn't designed so that most characters ever reach that level. If you play a handful of characters in almost every mission, then they may be maxed by the end of the campaign. But, the game can be more fun when your play different teams on the various missions and face the challenges with characters who aren't maximally powerful (even at missions before the final one). Obviously, we all develop favorites among the characters, but it is fun to replay the campaign with different characters and learn to develop tactics for each of them that make them useful.
FWIW, if you are looking to play the final mission with maxed characters, you may have to run the final line of the code posted earlier several times before you start that mission, as that code adds 600 XP to each character who has been recruited at the start of the final base. That 600 XP will probably not be enough to max out all of the characters.
Maybe not max them out, just increase them so they learn all their powers.
Open up FFEdit, go to each character, and set their starting levels at "5."
well, if you set their power levels to 6, it'll give all five powers 3 points or whatever they are.
