From the description, it sounds almost like a touring stunt show with a plot. On the plus side, Alan Burnett and Stan Berkowitz of B:TAS and Superman:TAS fame are listed as penning the script.

I will totally see this if it comes anywhere near us. I LOVE the Indiana Jones and Batman stunt shows at the theme parks!

Seems similar to spiderman live, witch was actually pretty good. It was also cool to sit on a far side of the stage, so you could see all the behind the scenes stuff. For instance when the green goblin is pacing the stage on his glider, back and forward, i wondered how they did it. Then i looked over and saw that they had two GGs, one on each side of the stage, and when one went into stage right, the one on stage right would start heading stage left. Pretty neat.
