Title: GL_Hal_v2_REN mesh

Hey, guys,

Yet another person poking around for a long lost REN mesh. Anyone have a copy of  GL_Hal_v2_REN you can slide me? I accidentally brightened the values when running it thru EZNifConverter & it appears that trashed his green trail when he flies. I noticed that John Stewart & Hal_GL have it, so if I get a fresh copy of     GL_Hal_v2_REN, I'm told it already had the trail & I should be fine if I don't brighten those values.

I did poke around for it on the site & related links & can't locate it.

It's in my Crisis and Exiles mods. I'll upload it later if no one gets it to you.

Blast it, you're right. Sorry re: that. I was trying to rummage thru my noggin the other day trying to remember if it was in Crisis or Dark Intentions. It was Stewart in DI. Hal in Crisis. Check. Check check. Thank you, as well, Sir Hoss.

Ugh, I can't believe people still have Dark intentions. Someone needs to update that thing. *whistles*

OK, I wanna put this green-trailing-streak-in-flight issue to bed. I noted that the John Stewart GL mesh & the Hal_GL or GL_Hal (original Hal mesh from the Hal 5-pack, where he's crouched & moving up & down like the FF meshes) have not only the green aura surrounding the GL, but also a trailing green streak in flight. I got that fresh copy of GL_Hal_v2_REN & the one from Crisis & played both in different mods & neither has the green trailing streak. Once upon a time, someone told me that using EZNifConvert on this mesh & using "brighten values" would make the green streak go away. Is that really the case? My v2_REN has never trailed green & I don't know that I ever used EZNC on it. I don't remember him doing it in Crisis, either. First time I saw it was in DI w/ John Stewart & though, "Hey, why doesn't Hal do that?" Seems like the v2_REN mesh is just missing whatever it is about the Stewart/original Hal mesh that makes it trail green when flying. I can't ever preview the green streak in Character Tool, either, have to actually play the game to see if it works.

And one more thing...what about the v2_REN mesh allows Hal to use his ring to pick things up & when I use the original Hal_GL, he picks up things w/out the ring, like Superman or Captain Marvel would? Gotta be keyframe-related, right?

I really really did look all over the site using phrases & combinations like green lantern, plasma sculptor, summoner, attributes, pick up ring, etc. There are a few hits here & there, but nothing saying how these GL attribs work or where they live.

I think there are streaked and no-streak versions of some of the meshes. They come in the same zip; use the same skins and kf.

And conversion with the "brighten" box checked will often bleach out the aura and streak, bit I don't think it eliminates it.
