what would bizzaro look and act like in the crime syndicate earth?
I'm thinking somethink like a cross between Ozimandias and Dr. Manhattan from Watchmen - Absolute Intellectual and cosmetc perfection couple with god like power.
There was a old story were Bizarro used the imperfect duplication ray on a hideous primitive, and crated a handsome, sensitive, intellectual man... so Dr. Callnger is probably right.

Nope, its only morality which gets switched. Everyone has the same powers and basic appearance, but costumes differ, and honest = bad, and bad = good.
So Bizarro is still dumb, but "good", and looks the same and has the exact same powers. He might wear a version of Ultraman's costume though, not supe's.
