Two weeks ago, FOX started airing the series Past Life. It is apparently a mystery show about a woman who uses the whole "past life" phenomenon. The series was created by David Hudgins (?Friday Night Lights?) and inspired by the book "The Reincarnationist,"[3] a crime thriller by M.J. Rose, whose main character, Josh Ryder, solves a 21st-century crime with memories and clues from his past life in ancient Rome.
I mention this because episode three aired tonight. My friend Justin was an extra on the episode and apparently wound up somewhat noticeable in the scene if you are looking for him. As I mentioned a few weeks ago, I was an extra on what I was led to believe was episode six. However, I am not sure which episode it is now as I thought Justin's episode was four or five.
Was curious if anyone was watching any of this series and what you thought. Personally, I don't care for it. It won't stop me from plugging the series as I was an extra in an episode. It was filmed in Atlanta and employed a few friends of mine while it filmed it's first few episodes here. It's apparently resuming production but no idea if it will be in Atlanta or not. Nevertheless, it's not really my kind of show. Anyone else like it?
Hmmm... scratch that.
Found out as of today, Past Life was canceled. I am not surprised.

Yeah, it didn't even remotely interest me. Glad you got to be in it though.
As someone who is a believer in reincarnation, I found the way the subject matter was handled verged from distasteful to downright silly.
Not everything needs to be made more dramatic and violent for television.
