Yeah, I don't have anything to add to the thread's title, but you all know who you are. Certainly there was a time when it was that I never did post on a message board and yet here I am now (in a most vitual sense), doing (for want of a better word) that.
As old as I am, back in the day means I am doing a lot of things that I have never thought was possible.
back in the day games with "epic storylines" took 4 cd's, not 4 hours
back in the day vampires burnt in sunlight, they didnt twinkle like faries
back in the day horror movies tried to scare you, not shock you
back in the day CREME EGGS WERE BIGGER!!!

Back in the day, I should have been more happy than I was. I bet I'm going to think the same about now, later.
back in the day i actually gave a crap
back in the day I was not a rage-filled vegetable for whom all hope in humanity has been lost.
Back in the day GG and Ink were among our most awesome skinners.
Back in the day C6 had his stuff on ONE website.
Back in the day NPI was still better then heroforce :P

Back in the day, UE actually had a heart. Back in the day, people knew commas went after introductory clauses. Who am I kidding? Back in the day, grammar was just as bad. :P
Back in the day, gas was cheap and life was valuable. Back in the day, honor meant honor, tough meant tough, and men were men.
Back in the day, I was a kid.

Back in the day, Murs was apparently a baby goat.
Back in the day, TUE could have come up with a better retort then "you're old"
[MOD ABUSE]Hello[/MOD ABUSE]
There will be a day when the strength of men fail! But that is not today!
Back in the day, people talked about how things were back in the day.
Back in the day, when I set up a new thread while under the affluence, the opening post had a bit more coherence to it...
Back in the day... back in the day there was a treehouse *cries*
I miss those days...
Back in the day, $2 dollars every two weeks could get a 5 or 6 comic books and a pocket full of candy.
Back in the day, Sonic sprite comics did not exist. And the universe was a better place for it.
[MOD ABUSE]Hello[/MOD ABUSE]
QuoteIn those days spirits were brave, the stakes were high, men were REAL men, women were REAL women, and small furry creatures from Alpha Centauri were REAL small furry creatures from Alpha Centauri.
Back in the day, I thought I knew what I was talking about. Now, I know I don't.
Back in the day, threads would never have been as loaded with such all-encompassing world-weary cynycism as this. This thread is. That is.
(But kudos for Al for his fine literary quotage. If anyone can figure out what you get if you multiply six by nine, I suspect it is he.)
Back in the day, I would have been... ooh... a good eight point six percent or so quicker to realise that Tawodi Osdi is nothing more than an anagram for Woad Idiots!
Oh yes... I (in a very real sense) went (for want of a better location) there!
Back in the day, I would have used [MOD ABUSE] and changed posts on people in this thread. But since DJ and 'Mato are the only posters still here, I didn't bother.
.... or did I?
Back in the day... I had a tail...
'Till a undead sot SHOT it off!!
Sonofabeach!
The thing is, now that I'm (if anything) older than I was back then [11 YEARS AGO you say?] the very phrase 'back in the day' has taken on a new, bittersweet aspect. We're lucky to be living in a high watermark for nostalgia!
Back in the day you... made this thread?
