So, one of my level 30's needed to unlock auras. I hadn't bothered to unlock capes yet, so I had to do that one first.
It seemed to be the same old dull run-around-and-find-out-about-Hero1 mission at first, but when I went to visit the Omega Team Memorial... Wow!
It is a bit longer than it used to be and there's still a lot of running around to do, but there's an actual storyline to follow and a great setting I'd never seen before. I won't spoil anything for anyone who hasn't run it and I'm not sure when it got revamped, but it's a cool mission now.
It got revamped in a patch about a month ago in late november I think and I agree it's pretty nice what they did with it.
Just gotta add a "me too" to this.... the new cape mission rocks.
I can only hope that they build the ability to put the kind of dialogue inside the Architect system that they had in the cape mission. It was like talking to a contact but inside the actual mission itself. That was totally unexpected and it was a great touch I wouldn't mind adding to my own missions.
