I've made the happy discovery that Ninja Run is absolutely perfect for collecting glowy packages...
You get around faster... You're able to jump high enough to spot some of the harder to spot packages... And you can easily jump out of range of the Winter Horde mobs when they appear, just in case they happen to be too tough or you don't want to waste time fighting them.
Candy canes are a hot commodity this year and right now they're selling for 100,000 inf or more apiece. Or, you know, you can trade them in on Christmas gear (temp powers, badges, costume pieces, etc).
