Sadly, no. There's a wolf mesh out there that could maybe pass for a dog if you squint, but you'd really need a custom mesh to fit Wonder's look.

The wolf mesh has been hexed down to dog size, but to my knowledge, there hasn't been a dog with cape mesh/hex done yet, and definitely nothing along the lines of a cartoon-looking dog like Wonder Dog or Dyno-Mutt.
Sioux City Dynamo made a Dynomutt with cape and boots. It's in the mainstream section of NPI
That might work. Get rid of the boots and it would make a decent mesh for either Wonder Dog or Krypto. In looking up images of Bat-hound, I noticed they have a new Ace with a cape. Maybe, we could put together a Justice League of Canines and come up with other canine equivalents super heroes. We could have an Aquadog, a Flash-dog, a Hawkdog, a Green Lantern-dog. Or, am I getting punch drunk from studying and need to hand over the keyboard before I hurt someone?
