Good news, Chuck fans, the show's already been extended for six more episodes.
With Trama being canceled, that may mean we could see it return in January, unless they decide to run it into the summer.

NORM!!!
(Sorry. Couldn't resist)
Trauma didn't look appealing at all from the trailers and commercials for it, so I never even watched it just to see if it was any good or not. Guess I wasn't alone in thinking that.
I didn't bother with it either.
*ignores talk of silly other shows* Yay, more Chuck FTW!
Well, we're now into the extension episodes for season 4. As someone who's only gotten into "Chuck" this past summer (season 2 and 3 DVD sets for Christmas, YAY!) I'm glad for the extension. Though last week's episode so felt like a series ender.
Do we have any idea when NBC will announce if there will be a season 5?
Kenn, I said the same thing when I saw it. I thought the show was done with, especially since they didn't air scenes for Monday's episode, which I happened to catch by mistake. If there's a season 5, they'll announce it in Spring, me thinks. The show will probably end though. It's been "saved" twice in two different ways, and the ratings are not improving.
The series actually has an excellent chance of renewal. While it's overall ratings are somewhat low, they are also remarkably stable. Chuck fans are unusually loyal, and given the way most of NBC's series go, they like having a show whose rating can be counted on.
