Well, he should have Acid Blood as an attribute....obviously. :D
as far as fx for chemo, theres a generic beam attack that would work very well for him.it has a green bubbling fluid like stream that shoots out.
You can justify almost anything as some kind of "chemical attack". He could spit chemicals that cause blindness, dizzyness, paralysis, etc.
I could see giving him "Adaptive" to represent his constantly-shifting chemical makeup.
He appears to be pretty mentally vulnerable, since people are able to control him.
He also seems to be vulnerable to energy attacks, as when Negative Woman uses her energy powers to shatter Chemo's living plastic shell in Crisis on Infinite Earths.
Did you ever release that skope, TAP?
Not yet, I am trying some new things out with Blender to see if I can get a better skope(smoother)
one with a transparent shell, I'm only on version 27 in 2 1/2 years :P
But I hope to get back to it soon, I will show pic's as it come along.
